Support Coordination is a specialised NDIS support aimed at building your capacity to effectively use your NDIS plan to achieve your goals. We do this by working with you to understand your plan, connect with providers, set up service agreements, manage your support team and ensure that you are getting the most out of your NDIS funding. We will also work with you to engage with appropriate mainstream community and government services and support you to manage any issues that arise along the way.
Psychosocial Recovery Coaching is an NDIS support with specialised knowledge of psychosocial disability and mental health services aimed at building your capacity to live a full and meaningful life. We do this by working collaboratively with you and the important people in your life to design, plan and implement a recovery plan. We will work closely with you to build upon your strengths and resilience to better navigate the challenges of everyday life. We will also support you to engage with mainstream community and government services and coordinate your NDIS chosen supports.
